Through the underground canyon of the Škocjan Caves
Explore the park and experience a part of the UNESCO World Heritage.
Enter the mysterious underground world sculpted by the Reka River. Within the Škocjan Caves, you will marvel at spectacular dripstones, but the most extraordinary feature is the nearly 100-metre-high underground canyon, ranking among the largest in the world.
The Škocjan Caves Park is an open-air museum, showcasing both surface and underground karst phenomena. Among them, the Škocjan Caves system stands out with its natural pristine beauty – it has been part of the UNESCO World Heritage since 1986.
