A Sensory Experience – Tastings in Miro's Cellar

Embark on a sensory journey and discover the refined flavours of the Karst region – a blend of tradition and contemporary flair.

During the tasting, you’ll get to know our cellar, indulge in premium cured meats, savour fine cheeses, and experience distinctive wines, spirits, and vinegars. We’ll share traditional recipes and help you understand why we care for and develop our cellar with such dedication.

The Tasting

  • You’ll taste three selected wines from our cellar’s collection.
  • This will be followed by a tasting of Karst prosciutto aged for at least thirty months, along with salami, pork neck, pâté, or sausage from our boutique production.
  • Next, enjoy exceptional cheeses from top Karst cheesemakers – Zidarič cow’s milk cheese and Antonič farm’s sheep cheese.
  • Freshly baked homemade bread, made from stone-ground flour and natural sourdough, will accompany the experience.
  • Before the end, you’ll try two of our favourite spirits.
  • And to round it all off, you’ll sample a few of our unique vinegars.

Tastings in Miro’s cellar take place every Friday and Saturday from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
