The Bizjak spouses pursue the organic and biodynamic cultivation of vineyards, with love and know-how. The Santei estate is nestled between the Vipava Valley and the Karst, located in the upper hilly part of the Vipava Valley where the air circulates around the vines in a peculiar way. Santei does not take any shortcuts and sideways. It is only interested in the best. The dedicated work is reflected in the top quality natural wines, sparkling wines, brandies and even Santei gin.

Any of the Santei bottles offers a natural, organic and memorable experience/adventure for all of the senses. Vineyards with a special terroir lie more than 220 metres above sea level, blessed and invigorated by the unique mix of Mediterranean and continental climates.
