The ‘gmajna’ grassland in a cup
Gold prize at the Mediterranean & Karst Slovenia culinary and gastronomic souvenir contest
The authenticity of the Karst ‘gmajna’ grassland is created by fresh picked and dried plants for herbal tea. The aromatic Karst honey (with protected designation of origin) will add some sweetness. This original cup, designed according to old cups in which the Karst locals once used to drink their barley coffee, Teran wine with sugar or healing teas, will create a unique taste of the Karst. The soul of the story is the cloth bundle which you can use again while exploring other parts of the Karst.
The bundle includes:
- 10 g of Karst ‘gmajna’ tea
- a unique ceramic cup
- 150 g of Karst honey (PDO)
- a mini tea strainer
