Fabjan Wines – Tasting of wines and sparkling wines, with a snack
“Once in the mouth, always in the heart”: A slogan that best describes our wines and sparkling wines. We explain to our visitors how grapes are grown in our vineyard and made into wine as well as how we mature wines and produce sparkling wines. Optionally, the process of separating sparkling wine can be demonstrated.
The programme includes: A visit to the farm, the vineyard and the wine cellar; a tasting of 2 sparkling wines and 4 wines; a snack and a dessert.
