Our cuisine is interwoven with the stories of small farmers and producers in our local environment. Brkini and the Karst are both a treasure trove of culinary traditions, explaining why it is very important to protect our rural culture and heritage.
Our family-owned restaurant is located in the village of Rodik, at the junction of Brkini and the Karst. Our culinary style is a modern interpretation of dishes from the Karst and Brkini.
