Wine cellar Pri Starčih - Tavčar – A wine tasting, visits to vineyards and a wine cellar
The winemaking tradition at the “Pri Starčih - Tavčar” homestead has been alive for at least 400 years.
You can reach us by turning off the main road at the church and following the field road alongside some vineyards. You will find peace and excellent wine here at our place, that will make you forget about time. You may look at our cellar, choose up to 20 wines and taste them. Our wines have received a number of international golden awards and our Teran was the 2016 CHAMPION! We also make cold-pressed oil from Teran grape seeds. Optionally, we can guide you through our village and share some local secrets.

- a tasting of wines, including a snack,
- an expertly guided tasting,
- a visit to our wine cellar and vineyards.
Optionally, a guided tour of the Križ village.
