Owing to its unique location, the Karst and Brkini area is a wonderful cycling destination all year round.

Explore the UNESCO cultural heritage by taking a ride through the Karst and Brkinian
villages, and along picturesque Karst meadows and Brkinian orchards, while enjoying breath-
taking views. 

From July onwards the automated Kras Brkini bikes rental service is once again available
and you can discover the Karst and Brkini on electric or traditional bikes. The system enables a
registered user to borrow a bike from one of several available stations and return it to any of
them.
