Karst Walking Experience

To feel the unique atmosphere of Karst, we propose an easy but stunning trekking.
We will climb the mount Orsario (475 m) in order to dive into the karst vegetation and discover that border between East and West, that does not exist anymore. The top, nowadays between Italy and Slovenia, will gift us amazing 360 degrees views over the gulf of Trieste, Slovenia, Croatia and the Julian Alps. After a snack based on 0 km local products, our adventure will continue on the trail that the highest poet of Karst, Srečko Kosovel, used to walk. Once crossed a characteristic karstic village this stunning path will lead us through woods and clearings, gifting us amazing views on Karst and mount Nanos.

Package includes: guided trekking, snack comprising of local produce, large glass of wine per person and a soft drink.

Required equipment: a lightweight backpack with rain cover; closed-toed and comfortable walking shoes; water; sunscreen; appropriate clothing (sun hat, cagoule, waterproof jacket, etc.); camera.
