Guided tastings of Karst wines with snacks

The Štanjel Castle Wine Shop is located in the Štanjel Castle and boasts a wide selection of Karst wines from both sides of the border. 

In April, guided tastings of Karst wines are being organised, including local snacks. 

Every winemaker is to offer a selection of their wines, whereas the tasting will be guided by an experienced sommelier accompanied by the local winemaker. To liven things up and make the experience even more pleasant, Chef Simo Komel from Bistro Grad Štanjel is to prepare a local snack that goes well with each particular wine.
