The farm offers seasonal home-made dishes. Special dishes include dry-cured meat products made using pork meat from hand-reared pigs which is dry cured in the farm’s dry-curing area. Every day, they prepare veal and pork meat under ‘the bell’ (a large metal dome), lamb under ‘the bell’ and many more meat and vegetable dishes. You’ll be delighted by the simple yet always tasty, deep-fried, free-range chicken. After an exquisite main course, take your choice of the delicious fresh home-made desserts to perfectly round off the culinary experience.
The first floor provide beautifully furnished rooms with higher-standard equipment, with a terrace that allows sea views on a clear day.
