To the tradition of dry-cured meats
A tour of the prosciutto-producing facility, including a tasting in the rural atmosphere of a venerable homestead.
The programme includes:
- visit to an old prosciutto-producing facility,
- tasting of the Teran wine and Teran extract,
- tasting of prosciutto, dry-cured for 36+ months, and local cheese with home-baked bread.
- EUR 14 / person (transport included),
- EUR 9 / person (no transport).
Event dates: 8. – 10. and 14. – 17. November or, by prior arrangement and reservation, 8. and 17. November.
Transfer of up to 8 people with a van on 9 and 10 November (8 November after 17.00) is possible by prior arrangement from Štanjel to the event venue.
