Tasting of wines, cold meats, cheeses, brandies and vinegars
Join in a feast for the senses and enjoy the premium flavours of the Karst where tradition and modernity come together.
During the tasting, you’ll explore our wine cellar while tasting our excellent cold meats, delicious cheeses and special wines, brandies and vinegars.
You’ll also become familiar with 3 wines from our wine offer. While learning about how prosciutto is made traditionally, you will taste original Karst prosciutto that has been dry-cured for at least 30 months, and savour some salami, dry-cured pork neck, loin or sausage from our boutique production. This will be followed by a tasting of excellent cheeses made by what we believe are the 3 leading cheese makers in the Karst – the cow cheese from the Zidarič farm, the sheep cheese from the Antonič farm and the goat cheese from the Lipičar (Francetovi) organic farm. You’ll also be served fresh, home-baked bread made using stone-ground flour.
Before you leave, you’ll be given a shot of our two most popular brandies and – to top it all off – taste our unique types of vinegar.
