The day in the Karst will begin by discovering the Karst herbs on the Divača Karst Nature Trail, with Bogdan Macarol, biologist and local tourist guide. In the village of Kačiče, you will be impressed by the smell and taste of the Karst herbs, cultivated on the herb garden of the Belajevi herbal estate, that are often found on the plates of the local chefs. You will be able to taste them in the carefully and innovatively prepared dishes of Gostilna Mahorčič (Rodik), which this year received the Michelin 'Bib Gourmand' and 'Sustainability Award'.
