The Malovec family boasts a long tradition of producing fresh and dry-cured meat products and will be proud to serve them to you. Their exquisite dry-cured meat products, such as prosciutto matured in the bora wind, pancetta bacon and pork neck, will be served alongside products of excellent local cheese-producers and winemakers.
