Krstan Wine Cellar
In the Krstan family, winegrowing and wine making have already been cherished for four generations. They make wine according to the recipes of the grandfather or, as the Karst locals would say ‘nono’, who soon after the war – instead of building a large trade shop – planted grapevines. These vines are still producing grapes for excellent Teran wine.
The owners of the Krstan wine cellar cultivate their vineyards and dry-cure homemade meat products in the bora wind with all of their heart, and dedication. This is reflected in the exquisite products and hospitality, making every guest of their wine cellar feel like they are at home. Besides prosciutto, pancetta bacon and premium Teran wine, you will also be served liqueurs and excellent white wine.
