In the Kobjeglava village, the kingdom of Karst prosciutto, the Furlan homestead (Domačija Furlan) continues the tradition of dry-curing Karst prosciutto in the bora wind, complemented by its Teran and Malvazija wines.
Found in the heart of the Karst, Kobjeglava has for centuries been famous for its prosciutto. In the past, the Mesna industrija Primorske meat company had its dry-curing plants in the village, but today it is home to more boutique prosciutto makers. Located at the beginning of the village, and famous for its personal approach, the Furlan homestead will treat you with its own prosciutto, accompanied by excellent Teran and Malvazija wines.
