Across the Karst plateau to one of the largest underground canyons in the world.

Following the Magajna Trail, which leads through the picturesque Vreme Valley, you will climb to the top of Mt. Vremščica, 1027 m above sea level. It offers magnificent views of the hilly Brkini, Mt. Snežnik, and the Adriatic Sea on one side, and on the Dolomites mountain range and the Julian Alps on the other. While enjoying the view, you can have a snack of local delicacies. After the nature break, you will descend towards The Škocjan Caves Park, where you can reinvigorate yourself with lunch. The highlight of the day will definitely be the visit to the Škocjan Caves, which have featured on UNESCO’s World Cultural and Natural Heritage List since 1986.
